Tuul Energy is an offshore wind project west of the Estonian island of Saaremaa. It combines the Saare 2.1 and Saare 2.2 development areas into a single wind park, covering approximately 252 km² and located at about approximately 32km from Saaremaa, with 26 to 66 m water depth.
With a planned capacity of around 1 GW, Tuul Energy will be one of the largest offshore wind farms in the Baltic region, contributing significantly to Estonia’s renewable energy transition and long-term energy security.
The project is developed with local value, environmental responsibility and open dialogue at its core.
Our aim is to deliver clean energy in a way that supports jobs, innovation and regional growth — and that works for Saaremaa and for Estonia.
