Our EIA program has been approved

Sunly, Deep Wind Offshore, and VALOREM Group join forces for offshore wind project Tuul Energy in Estonia. The three actors have signed a partnership agreement to exclusively develop offshore wind in a 250 km² area off the coast of Saaremaa Island.
Public hearing
After a one-month public consultation period from January 16 to February 14, a Public Hearing took place on February 27 in Lümanda, Saaremaa Parish, gathering about 60 people. This event allowed us to get inputs from local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and private citizens to leverage many aspects of the project.
